Montenegro Seeks Suppliers for National Port Community System

On 29 October, Montenegro’s Ministry of Transport reported a procurement opportunity for consulting services linked to the National Port Community System at the Port of Bar. The wider World Bank-financed Trade and Transport Facilitation Project has funding of $15 million; the estimated consulting contract is approximately $250,000, while the system design, supply and installation estimate is around $4.7 million.
