Serbia’s NIS Ownership Negotiations Continue Under Extended U.S. Licence

On 2 November, reports confirmed an extension allowing Serbia’s oil company NIS to continue operating until 11 December, while Hungary’s MOL was permitted to continue negotiations over the acquisition of the Russian-held majority stake.
